We can prepare witness files, deposition and trial examination outlines, and prep testimony of clients and witnesses. We can assist drafting and responding to initial disclosures and discovery requests. We can help small businesses with agreements, corporate filings, and legal compliance documentation.

• Time is billed at $175 per hour - a bargain rate given the skill set and years of experience. Firms typically bill clients at $350 - $500 per hour for our services.

• SFSS is an independent contractor. As such, you avoid overhead, benefits, taxes, and other labor burdens.

• Our goal is to be a behind-the-scenes "secret weapon," helping you successfully resolve the case for your clients.
