We take the relevant allegations and evidence and then conduct the necessary legal research to draft high-quality pleadings, motions, memoranda, and trial briefs. We can prepare witness files, deposition and trial examination outlines, and prep testimony of clients and witnesses. We can assist drafting and responding to initial disclosures and discovery requests.
